BCACC can only investigate complaints of BCACC Members (RCCs), so you must verify that the counsellor/RCC is actually a member of the BCACC.

Please verify that they are a BCACC Member (RCC) through our member registry (linked below) and then complete the short form at the end of this page so that we can confirm their membership status. 

Once the Office of the Registrar confirms the name and member number of the RCC, you will receive a link to our formal complaint form.
